Caruca Engineers manufactures pultrusion machines built for continuous, reliable production of FRP profiles — engineered in-house from 3D modelling through to final assembly.

Our technological excellence in manufacturing pultrusion machines has made us come with three varieties of pulling mechanism, so you can pick the one that matches your tonnage, profile size, and budget. Every machine can also be fitted with additional accessories such as a resin feed mechanism, mat cutting unit, and auto cutting of profiles.

Chain and Pneumatic Type Mechanism

Chain and Pneumatic Type Mechanism

A chain-driven pulling system paired with pneumatic clamping cylinders. A reliable, cost-effective mechanism well suited for standard profile widths and moderate tonnage requirements.

Hydraulic and Pneumatic Type Mechanism

Hydraulic cylinders deliver higher, more consistent pulling force alongside pneumatic clamping — suited to higher-tonnage machines and thicker or wider profiles that need a stronger, steady pull.

Caterpillar Type Mechanism

Caterpillar Type Mechanism

Twin caterpillar track pullers grip the profile continuously along its length for smooth, high-traction pulling — ideal for long, continuous production runs at speeds up to 2m/min.
